You will be expected to keep the place tidy and respect the house rules, eg. no smoking, no shoes in house. Nothing too strong!

I am a working professional, sometimes from home, but most of the time out on the road or in the office. You wont see me much during the daytime/week, hence why I need a responsible person.

If you like to go jogging or other outside pursuits, there is a lot of open space behind the house you can use (King George Fields).
