A large spacious, furnish, clean double room to rent from mid August. It is located within walking distance to train station and town centre.
It is fully furnish, with a shared kitchen and living room. I am mainly looking for someone who is clean and tidy also a bit social-able and not always in there room, can occasionally have a meal or drink together and can discuss any issues. Mainly looking for a female, but would welcome male 'since my last lodger was a male and I had no issue'. Parking is available, and internet.
A copy of ur driving license or passport is required plus a reference. Deposit plus 1 month rent in advance is required . Only professional person.
