It has all the luxuries of modern living but retains its period character and features and along with the first floor double room, there is access to a shared bathroom, separate shower, downstairs toilet, lounge, kitchen, utility and garden. ALL BILLS (INCLUDING A WEEKLY CLEANER) are covered in the rent and there is wireless broadband and freeview TV in the lounge. Parking is on street only and a permit may be needed if you have a car, which costs about £75/year. The current tenants are busy but sociable professionals and are looking for a respectful and tidy house mate that shares some common interests and would be generally pleasant to live with.
