A single room has become available in my house in Hitchin, wherein I am the landlady, my son lives here and another lodger.
All amentities are included such as bills and wifi, use of the Kitchen, bathroom and lounge, garden, all cooking facilities available - utensils and cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It is quite a quiet house, where people can relax when home from work, so if you like to play loud music, this house would not be for you, normal noise is permitted.
The house is in a quiet area of Hitchin, and within walking distance to the town or train station, about 20 minutes away.
I provide a welcoming homely atmosphere, and keep the house clean and tidy.
My previous lodgers have been very happy here, and Im sure you will be too.
