There is also a small balcony adjacent to the living room, a lovely sun spot in the summer!
13 minute walk to the train station and 3 minute walk to town. There is an indoor bike lockup and the possibility of gated entrance parking if required.
Price includes all bills (council tax, energy, TV licence, Sky broadband and TV entertainment package).
Ideal room mate would be a fellow young professional who enjoys a sociable and tidy living space. I also have a cat so would need to be pet friendly.
