Single room within House share

One very nice single room for let, which is
fully furnished. I am looking for a friendly
person, who is honest, reliable and respectful. It is also important to keep the room tidy and to help to maintain the communal living area.

There is a Bus Stop outside of the property, which goes via Hitchin Town and to the train station. The Town Centre is approximately 2 miles away from the house. There are some local shops and a pub nearby for a nice evening out or some forgotten bits of shopping. I have lived in this house for nearly 3 and a half years, and both sets of neighbours are friendly.

There is a medium sized communal garden which has a table and chairs to enjoy cool nights and can be used for bbq's and parties if required.

The road I live on is pretty quiet and a car can also be parked outside on the street.
The washing machine is in good working order.

There are 4 people that live in the house and we all help to create a warm and comfortable environment as we all enjoy the garden, have bbq's, enjoy a few drinks together etc. We all also help to keep the communal area clean and are respectful of each other's space.
