One very nice double room for let, which is
fully furnished. I am looking for a friendly
person, who is honest, reliable and respectful. It is also important to keep the room tidy and to help to maintain the communal living area.

There is a Bus Stop outside of the property, which goes via Hitchin Town and to the train station. The Town Centre is approximately 2 miles away from the house. There are some local shops and a pub nearby for a nice evening out or some forgotten bits of shopping. I have lived in this house for about 18 months, and both sets of neighbours are friendly.

There is a medium sized communal garden which has a table and chairs to enjoy cool nights and can be used for bbq's and parties if wanted.

The road I live on is pretty quiet and a car can also be parked outside on the street.
The washing machine is in good working order.

There are three people that live in the house and we all help to create a warm and comfortable environment as we all enjoy the garden, have bbq's, enjoy a few drinks together etc. We all also help to keep the communal area clean and are respectful of each other's space.
