Flat is in a great location opposite Hitchin train station with good links to London(35mins).It is also only 5-10min walk from Hitchin town. Flat has all mod cons and rent includes all bills (incl internet access). Would like to have a tidy easy going individual who also doesn't mind having a little cat in the flat. I work 9-5 Mon to Fri and will be away sometimes for either work or social, so you'll get to have the place to yourself now and again.
