Dbl en-suite room in Hoddesdon

Hi there,

I'm putting the feelers out for a lodger who'd like to take it from around 8th August give or take

My current flatmate who's been living here for 4 years is moving out around that time therefore the availability date is not quite fixed though things will be more clear in the coming weeks.

The room has an en-suite and is fully furnished. There are visitor parking bays around the blocks of flats if you are lucky to get one but there is street parking otherwise.

The living room/kitchen has fully loaded Sky TV and a Piano (if you like that sort of thing) all bills are inclusive (including council tax).

High speed internet throughout.

Me... We'll it's my flat which I bought about 11 years ago. I work from home so the flat is virtually always occupied. I am easy going, cultured and sociable.

For anyone who wants to get a preview of the place and to meet me for a cup of tea, please give me a shout. I will be very open and honest toward any questions that you may have.

The flats are behind the pharmaceutical company I think now called Pharmaron and in the past I've had an overseas professional take the room when it was MSD.

Rye House station is a 30 minute walk and town centre is 20ish.

I promise that I won't setup awkward group meets and sell to the highest bidder.
