3 girls looking for friendly housemate

We are three girls in our 20s and have buddied up and found a great flat in Kings Langley... It is within walking distance of the train station and a nice area with parking spaces, it's a 4 very large double (could fit three double beds in each double room) bed penthouse flat with garden terrace in the Ovaltine development with three bathrooms (one ensuite) and communal areas.

We're looking to fill the remaining double bedroom and total including bills it's coming to around £540 each which seems to be better than some of the prices on here, especially considering the size of the place!

We are all quite laid back people, enjoy chilling out in the week, going to the gym, watching TV and maybe a couple of drinks at the weekend. We're looking for sociable housemates to come and join us to rent this amazing flat.
