Village facilities are close by with a number of shops in the village, a general store/post office, a pub, garage and a couple of restaurants. There is a bus service to Royston that passes the house and the railway station is around 1. 5miles away. There is space for one car to the rear of the property and use of the garden patio.
The ideal lodger would be a business person working in Royston or commuting to London or Cambridge, and would have the room five days a week with occasional weekend use. Shorter term letting may be considered.
