We all consider this to be the best room in the house as it is a very relaxing space and overlooks a large garden and green area.
Freeview TV and broadband are included. Double bed and sofa bed in room. House has 3 showers and a bath so quick and easy to get ready in the morning. Use of dining room, kitchen and garden but not of family living room.
We have 1 cat and 7 chickens so fresh eggs are available for a small donation for the chicken feed.
Current occupants are husband and wife with 20 year old. We are a friendly household and have have always enjoyed having another person sharing the house. Every lodger has renewed their terms at least once and we still remain friends with all our ex-lodgers.
