Spacious modern flat room to rent

I am letting the second room in my flat as i don't use it much at all, and to also help with the income!. Its the biggest room within the flat but at the moment empty, you are welcome to bring furniture but i will soon be buying my own, if you'd like to store yours in the garage we can discuss this arrangement.
I am easy going and expect the same, i like straight forward and honest people, as i am. I don't mind a smoker but would prefer you smoke outside only occasionally, you can smoke in the kitchen. If you don't have furniture or a bed i have a compact bed for the meantime!. Also storage for clothes etc, i have supplied pictures of the whole flat including my room and the bathroom. Please contact me for showings and discussions of interest. The kitchen has a Washing machine, fridge, and also can send more pictures over email as this is limited as i am using the free account. Deposit maybe negotiable, a weeks rent in advance though isn't. I am not too far from town about 15/20mins walk, and also quick links to london central/cambridge via train especially early hours only 20/30mins on the train.
