You will have full use of the large kitchen/diner, conservatory and garden areas.

The rent includes gas, electric, water and council tax and you will also have use of free broadband internet.

I'm a professional woman in my forties who works hard and likes to come home to the comforts of a clean, tidy, cosy house.
