A double room is available in a comfortable, relaxed, modern flat in a green area of Napsbury Park, just a 10 minute drive from St Albans. You will be sharing a kitchen, bathroom and living area with myself (a friendly, easy-going, professional male). Broadband and parking are freely available, and all bills except phone calls are included.
As I have a busy work life I prefer a calm and peaceful environment, and you should be prepared to contribute to cleaning and keeping shared areas tidy.
Unfortunately no pets or smoking are allowed in the building, which is service managed.
