I have a spacious 3 bedroom home with a room to rent that is around 16' long and 10' wide.

The room has a double bed with storage, x2 bedside cabinets with lamps, a built in double wardrobe, a further double wardrobe, a desk and optional TV stand / DVD shelf. There is a TV aerial in the room with a Freeview box available to use. Sky TV is downstairs in the living room.

The house has a new fitted bathroom, a large lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, downstairs toilet, garden and parking for x2 cars on a driveway (i'll use one space) and there is plenty of street parking also. A quiet street with leafy surroundings and Rickmansworth train station (Met line / overground) just 2. 5 miles away with a bus stop very close by that goes straight there. The walk / bus journey combined will have you at Rickmansworth station in 20 minutes. As for me, I am a 33 year old professional, easy going, clean and sociable. Am looking for someone to share my home with, who will consider it their home and want to look after it / enjoy it as much as I do.
