Beautiful house in the lovely village of Marsworth

We live in a spacious 3 bed room house and we are looking for a third flat mate. We have two dogs so you must like dogs and be animal friendly.
The house has a very large kitchen with good appliances. Cosy lounge with open fire. There are two bath rooms in the property. The room that is available is a small double room with double bed and furniture. There is plenty of off road parking.
A bit more about us- we are both professional fun loving girls who enjoy life. Cooking drinking wine. We both ride horses and own dogs.
We would love to have a third person join us who is fun loving and out going. A country person who loves animals would suit best.
Marsworth village is a beautiful village surrounded with canals and reservoirs. There are two pubs in the village and the station is a 10 minute drive away. London can be reached in 40 minutes. The small town of Tring is a few miles down the road with plenty of shops and pubs.
Rent to include all bills except land line telephone. Cleaner once a week paid on top.
