I am looking for someone Mon- Fri ideally for £600pm or 7 days for £700pcm to live with me in a lovely 2 bedroom flat spread over 2 floors.

My current tenant can move out between 3rd Jan and 6th feb so anytime between those dates would be ideal moving dates.

I am a 31 year old professional who goes to the Puregym round the corner if you want a gym buddy :-)
I love a glass of wine and have an active social life but am likely to be in, cooking and relaxing in the week.

The first floor has a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge and washing machine.
Living room with leather sofa leading onto a stunning roof terrace featuring a table and benches, umbrella, sun lounger and a BBQ.
The terrace has been made to look like a garden with plants and astroturf, it is a real feature of the property.

The top floor has a fully tiled bathroom to share, my room and the double room I have on offer.

The room has a double bed and wardrobe and is a good sized double with lots of light. Can be offered unfurnished also.

New Barnet station (Zone 5) is a minute walk away and goes into Kings Cross/ Finsbury Park/ Highbury & Islington/ Old Street/ Moorgate etc and takes roughly 20 mins into the City of London.
High Barnet Tube Station (Zone 5) is a 15 min walk away and on the Northern Line which is now 24 hours.
Oakleigh Park station (Zone 4) is 5 mins away and also on the same line as New Barnet, one stop closer into London and Zone 4 for cheaper travel.
