We are Chris and Claire, a teacher and scientist by profession, looking to share our home with friendly, yet considerate and respectful people. We would want you to feel comfortable and at home in our home.

We live in a hugely spacious, four double bedroom, detached house. Newly decorated throughout with a large garden overlooking open fields, and plenty of off road secure parking. The house is in an ideal location for easy access to the city of Cambridge and the market town of Royston.

A definite 'no no' for us is smoking or drug taking. So please do not message us if you are a smoker, social smoker, or recreational drug user.

Rent is inclusive of bills, and broadband and we also have a weekly cleaner. You will also have full access to the rest of the house including the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, utility room, conservatory and home gym. There is also space for bicycles.
