I have a room to rent in my 2-bedroom, well maintained house which is less than 10 minutes' walk from Potters Bar train station. The house is cosy and modern with double glazing, central heating and a large landscaped garden.
Single professionals only, male or female, preferably aged around 24 - 40 but I'm pretty flexible on this.
£550 a month includes all bills including wifi.
I have all modern facilities including TV, Sky+, broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc etc…
The room is recently furnished with brand new carpet, wallpaper, blinds and curtains and comes with a smart leather king size bed and clothing rail.
I am self employed so tend to have unusual working hours or simply work from home.
