Looking for a new fun housemate, for our friendly flatshare.

I have one double room available in a spacious, clean 3 bedroom flat which has been recently decorated. The property is ideally located only a few moments walk from Tesco Express and the Furzefield Leisure center.
Potters Bar train station is 15 minuets walk away. Alternatively the bus stop is 50 yards away. I am a live in landlady and there is currently one other flatmate.

Room one: 10'5x 6'9 (4.57m x 2.06m) £440 per month (including bills)

Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

Communal areas: kitchen, bathroom, living / dining room with doors out to garden.

The room is available immediately
