Rooms light and airy. All rooms have plenty of storage space. Tenants kitchen area with gas hob and microwave/oven and all appliances.

Friendly household Shared living/dining area. Landlady has own lounge and bathroom facilities. Communal areas are kept up to standard weekly by cleaners and all cleaning materials are supplied for tenants daily use in the house. I welcome quiet, clean ,tidy and professional tenants.

Free wireless broadband internet. On street parking, also permit parking. is avilable if required. We are a quiet house in a quiet location, near facilities, bus station and shops. British rail is an easy walk. In close proximity to the High Street.

Available seven days per week, but would prefer a Monday to Friday worker or Sunday night to Friday, this arrangement has worked well for many of my previious tenants
