House with dogs. ....

I have a nicely decorated,, medium sized room close to local amenities and motorways. My house is in a quiet cul de sac with a green in the middle. I have furniture available but I will consider the occupants own. I have 3 dogs of my own and I occasionally foster another if circumstances allow, so you must be willing to share some of the house with them! I am a professional but I am happy to consider students.

As an older house it has no ensuite facilities, so you would need to be happy to share the bathroom. Main cooking must be done in the kitchen and hot food eaten downstairs. In the good weather, I have a mediumish garden at the back of the house which can be used. Other arrangements by mutual agreement. If you want, I am happy for you to help out with the dogs to our mutual benefit.

Please note that bills are separate from the rent, but are currently about £150/month.
