Large single or Small double room to rent

Hi, Here i have a nice large single or small double room to rent. can be offered furnished or unfurnished. has digital t. v areal installed and front facing window.

The house is a 3 bedroom house with a very large, well maintained garden, and off street parking. new house mate will have the run for the house, with access to full facilities, washer dryer, t. v computer etc. It has a very large spacious living room with tiVO T. V and PS3.

There is a lovely clean, well equiped kitchen with stable door, and nice clean bathroom. The house is central heated andy radiators in every room.

I do have a dog called Giles, he is very well behaved and extremely well trained! he does not chew anything and only has a bark when someone is at the door. He does not even venture up stairs as he knows he is not allowed!

About myself, Im a 32 year old male. I used to work as a profession guitarist and now currently work in london. Im a very easy guy to get along with, and have a great sense of humour.

The house it situated 5 min from the M25, and again only 5 min drive to the centre of Rickmansworth for train links in to london.
