- The main living room (please excuse previous tenant's clutter)!
RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS:
NB: Forming a separate ground floor to an otherwise shared house, the rent for this “flat” includes ALL bills and utilities, including unlimited broadband. So, although to all intents and purposes you will be renting a private, independent “flat”, technically it is part of a shared house, meaning that it is let INCLUSIVE of bills - nothing further to pay after paying your rent. And as a consequence, it represents really excellent value for money. Although currently furnished, it can be emptied if you would prefer to use your own furniture.
The large main living area doubles as the bedroom and currently comprises a double bed, small sofa and coffee table, small dining table and chairs, and cupboard space.
A large, separate, well equipped kitchen with enough cupboard space for a family. Although current housing rules demand this is let to a single person only, there is room for guests. It is equipped with a Washing machine/Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Full size electric oven and hob, Microwave, kettle, toaster etc - everything most of us need.
Comprising a regular stand-up shower cubicle, toilet, basin, extractor, cabinet and cupboards.
Adjacent to the main room is glorified corridor, where one side is built with a good-sized wardrobe, ample cupboard space and drawers; freeing up the main living area to be from clutter - if you are the tidy sort!
There is dedicated parking immediately outside, as well as a large carpark for any guests on the opposite side of the road.
Broadband & telephone:
Yes, I wrote that already! All bills included remember, so of course there’s fast and unlimited broadband; along with an all inclusive landline telephone package.
This is a great opportunity which previous tenants say they barely appreciate until they moved in - so be sure to get in touch before someone else takes it.
