We are a married couple with four children aged 4 to 11. We have a warm, furnished room available for rent. Shared kitchen, dining area and garden. Bathroom has shower only. Quiet street, a mile from the station.
Our children are generally in bed by 8. 30 and sleep well. While they're up though, they can be noisy although your room is as sheltered as it can be from this.
Room in garage for bicycle if required.
We have 2 guinea pigs and a dwarf rabbit currently living outside.
