We have a large double room to rent in a 4 bedroom house on the Ridings Estate. It is fully furnished with a double bed, small built in wardrobe, plus an additional wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have a good sized sitting room, kitchen and separate dining room. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. We have a large garden and enjoy sitting outside for drinks or BBQs when the weather is nice.
The house is easily located for the town and train station (approx a 15 minute walk). We have two cars between us and park on the road. We have a garage for storage of bikes etc, it does fit a car in if needs be.
Neither of us smoke and are generally tidy people. We have a cat and a puppy.
We would happily a Mon-Fri rental (£50 discount a month).
