Small double room to rent in semi rural location

I have a small double room available for rent as of May 7th 2012 in my two bed cottage. All bills are included along with use of the whole cottage plus washing machine, broadband, etc! It is currently fully furnished with a single bed (tho would take small double), a wardrobe and bedside cabinet. I have two very friendly dogs who live indoors so a dog friendly person would be preferable. My cottage is 5 minutes from junction 18 on the M25 and there are couple of lovely country pubs in the village one of which is a ten minute walk away!!
