Property is inside the M25 (5 mins drive from J22) and the village has a rural feel to it, surrounded by fields but also has a Tesco Metro, British & Indian pub/restaurants as well as Chinese/fish & Chip shop all within walking distance)

A short (10 mins) drive from Radlett railway station (35 minutes to Kings Cross and the line also serves Blackfriars, London Bridge and West Hampstead, as well as Gatwick and Luton airports.)

The room is a cosy double bedroom with an en-suite shower (hidden behind a slatted double door) and a standing sink. TV / DVD player and drawers as well. Shared downstairs loo and access to shared 'sitting room' and use of kitchen / utility room.

We are a professional couple with two children aged 6 and 10. (although you probably won't see or hear the children very often if you're commuting to work each day)

The bedroom has a pleasant view to the rear of the property over a small garden and other houses behind.
