The flat
Spacious double room available in a large, secure 2-bed flat on a new development in St Albans on the top floor of its respective block. The flat is situated c. 3 minutes walk from the mainline train station (without the noise of the trains!), and is about a 10 minute walk into the city centre.

There is an open plan kitchen/lounge, utility cupboard, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony that extends the length of the flat. All the normal mod cons are included (full Sky HD, unlimited broadband, dishwasher, washing machine etc).

What you get
Apart from the room (which is a given!), you also get pretty much sole use of the main bathroom, and access to the balcony from the room. A bed, chest of drawers and cupboard is also included. All bills are included in the figure of  £750 per month, which includes the electric, water, Sky TV, council tax etc.

Whilst there is no parking included, there is a NCP car park 2 minutes walk from the flat and IâÂÂà ‚€ÃƒÂ‚™m sure there may be some other residents who are not using their allocated spaces who may be able to strike a deal.

I rent the flat on 6-month terms with 4-6 weekâÂà ‚Â€ÃƒÂ‚Ã‚Â™s notice periods, but this isnâÂà‚€Ã‚™t to say that renewing contracts is not an option.

What IâÂÂà ‚€ÃƒÂ‚™m looking for
A professional aged between 26 - 32 (male or female), who is sociable, up for a laugh, tidy and respectful of others. Not asking for much!

About me
IâÂÂà ‚€ÃƒÂ‚™m 30, a business change consultant and the owner of the property. IâÂÂà ‚€ÃƒÂ‚™m very easy to get along with, enjoy watching movies and sports, as well as going to the pub for a few drinks. I sometimes work away from home during the week, so weekends are really about chilling out.

I occasionally play the guitar, listen to music or generally doing anything that takes my mind off work.
