The Best in St Albans

Seeking professionals who like the best in life, and are wishing to have a room but want to feel that they have a home. The house very well maintained and is completely fitted out to a high standard with all amenities available to use.

Located a short walk to the park and very close to Waitrose, it is within a reasonably short walk (15 minutes) for access to the city. Plenty of storage available and also use of the garage, if you have a bike. Once you see there shall be no comparison.

All bills are included and use of dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge and freezer space and kitchen storage all well provided. Internet broadband is also included. You also have use of the garden and patio in the summer, with barbecue on hand. This large double room is on the second floor as the house is a 3 storey townhouse. There are no rules as to access of the house all areas are available and shared. I am very rarely there and therefore the house is almost always either yourself or my other lodger who spends most of his free time out of the house. I expect that the right person for the house shall take pride and care as this is a gem of a letting and does not come onto the market very often, and is quickly taken. Not available on first come basis but seeking the right person for the house.
