Hi - we have a double room to rent in our family home for a period of up to 3months. Happy to be flexible on a month to month or 2 months basis if preferred.
We are a young married couple looking for a lodger/s to share our 3 bed maisonette. We are happy to rent out either room on a full time or Monday - Friday basis.
We both work and we have a 3. 5 year old son who lives here too. We keep the house clean but you may have to step over a few toys from time to time. We are happy to have our own space, but also happy to share a bottle of wine and DVD! We also have a weekly cleaner.
We have great bus links and are 2 miles from St Albans Station. We live a 2 second walk from a set of local shops, petrol station, library and pub!
