Double room in lovely house - Central St Albans

Unfurnished, double room for rent in friendly house. Current housemates are both female, we're ideally looking for another female. 15 minute walk to the station, 2 minutes to town. Small patio garden, nice for a cup of tea or glass of wine after work in the summer. The house is nicely furnished and we look after it. We're not party animals but we're looking for someone who wants to socialise, whether it's watching tv, going to the cinema, pub or a meal occasionally, but we do our own thing too. The room has just been decorated, painted, with a new carpet. The room isn't massive but the house is lovely, definitely worth a look.
