Room in a lovely house 5 mins from City station

Hello,

We originally had three bedrooms available, now down to one - the second double bedroom available from August in this lovely four bed house, just five minutes walk from the station, in a quiet residential area. The three other housemates are moving out: two of them are a couple and are moving into their own place; the third is moving following a change in jobs. However, the house is very nice, and I(Matt) would quite like to keep it. The double bedroom that has already been taken has gone to a workmate of mine (David) who will be moving in at the start of August. And the other double room has gone to a new housemate, Marta, who works in St Albans.

As mentioned, the second double bedroom is of a good size, and the furniture is available to buy at a good price.

The house: There is a large kitchen-diner area (including dishwasher!); a separate living room; two bathrooms; laundry room; garage and garden.

This really is a lovely house and I strongly recommend and welcome viewings.
