Available Room in Gorgeous Town House

Reasonable sized double room within a modern 3-storey house. Located just off Camp Road, it is perfectly situated; within walking distance to the train station, bus stops, town and supermarkets (as well as some good pubs!).

The house is really friendly and there are lots of brilliant rooms which are perfect for socialising. Really great Kitchen/Diner which is perfect when we want to cook and eat together. There's a great garden which is perfect for the summer months, and the living room is perfect for movie night!

I (Jason) have lived in the room available for 15 months, but I'm moving out as I'm going to travel the World (alright for some, I know). It been the perfect sized room to stay in and I will genuinely miss it. So we need to find a new housemate. We want someone to make this their home too, and there will be some room to put furniture or other things around the house.

The room available is on the middle floor. It's a nice sized room, capable of holding a double sized bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You will need to share a bathroom with the other room on the floor too. The room comes unfurnished so you'll need to bring your own bed, wardrobe etc. There's still a good amount of floor space even with a double bed in the room. Take a look at the photos for an idea of the place, but you really need to come to see the house for a proper feel for how lovely it is.

Rebecca and Pam are laid-back professionals and are around for a good chat or watching Bake Off or Empire with. We're fairly tidy and would like someone that would respect the house as we do.

We’d like someone to move in for the start of November. However, if you would like to move in the week before this, it can be discussed with Jason.
