Hi - we have two rooms potentially to rent in our family home on a Monday - Friday basis:
Double Room £400pcm - Furnished, light and airy
Single Room £300pcm - Furnished, light and airy
We are a young married couple looking for a lodger to share our 3 bed maisonette. We are happy to rent out either our Single or our Double room on either a full time or Monday - Friday basis. We both work and we have a 3. 5 year old son who lives here too. We keep the house clean but you may have to step over a few toys from time to time. We are happy to have our own space, but also happy to share a bottle of wine and DVD!
Our current lodger has been with us for the last 18 months, and has just moved home to be closer to family - therefore the rooms are available immediately.
We have great bus links and are 2 miles from St Albans Station. We live a 2 second walk from a set of local shops, petrol station, library and pub!
