Me and my partner are currently looking for a tenant for the spare double bedroom in our flat.
It comes furnished(double bed, 1set of drawers and cupboard. There also would be some storage space available to you in one of the storage cupboards in the hallway. The flat has a large kitchen, separate dining and living space and shared bathroom. It also benefits from a large Garden.
The Flat is 5min walking distance from the city station and 15min walk from town centre.
We do have a cat that lives with us. The cat mainly lives outside.
