Two Double bedrooms in centre of St Albans

There is an downstairs double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house. They are both furnished. The house is in an amazing central location of St Albans and barely 10 minutes (walk) from both train stations. It's very close to the Maltings shopping centre, only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. There’s also off-street residential parking.

There is a shared living room and kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has its own shower room. There is q separate downstairs toilet so with only 3 people sharing and 2 toilets; there's never a queue for the loo!

My housemate is moving in with their partner. My close friends would describe me as kind, generous (especially as I love to bake!) and warm person. I'm looking for two people who would like to chill, have a chat and maybe a laugh together!

Rent is £600.00 per month including utility bills to our landlord. Additionally, you'll pay council tax (up to £60 per month) and internet (£10.00 per month). The downstair room is available now.
