The room has its own shower room. Rent includes all utilities and broadband internet access. There is a large lounge with sky and fully equip kitchen and dinning room.
I am looking for a tidy easygoing professional housemate who is quiet and considerate. No DSS or couples please. Mon-Fri lets will be accepted at a price of £450pcm with a security deposit of £500.
References required, one months rent in advance along with £650 security deposit for week long rental.
