I currently have one female tenent and am looking for another to fill my second double room. It is recently decorated, and spacious with a double bed. The bathroom is shared only with my other tenent; I am a live in landlady but have my own bathroom seperately. Kitchen/dining room/lounge/garden are all communal areas. House has washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. House is located near bus routes which go dierctly to town centre and trainstation, however train station and A1 only a 5 minute drive away. We have lots of safe parking out the front of the house. We live in a very quiet and safe area.
The house is very social, but respectful of privacy.
