**Lovely Double room in Central Location**

Hi there,

I have a lovely spare double room to rent. As well as your room, you will have shared access to the lounge diner, balcony, kitchen and bathroom.

The room itself has a double bed, dresser (or could be a desk as mirror can be removed), chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The flat is located less than a 5 minute walk into the town centre and Asda and a 10 minute walk to the station. There are also plenty of parking spaces outside the flat.

I run at a local running club a couple of nights a week, and get home around 8. 30pm. Nearly every week I will see friends or family another night in the week as well, so you will have a chance to have some time to relax with your own space!

I have broadband, freeview and all bills are included.

Room is available from now.

Please note, this is a Mon-Fri room only, so would suit someone working in the local area and stays with their family at the weekend.
