The room has a double bed and built in wardrobe plus additional storage. The main bathroom for your sole use has all the usual amenities including a bath and hand held shower.

The lounge area is shared and has comfy leather sofas, a 42'' TV and DVD, Virgin TV and wireless broadband is also available.

The kitchen has all the usual stuff, including washing machine, dishwasher, oven as well as a fridge freezer which is shared. There is also a table and chairs, ideal for socialising and having dinner.

Garden and patio outside ideal for summer days and BBQ's.

Parking for one car in driveway included.

I smoke, but only in the kitchen or outside and no where else in the house and would expect the same of any lodger who is a smoker.

I'm a busy professional and the property would most likely suit someone similar of British origin who enjoys relaxing in the evenings and over the weekends.

The rent includes all bills including one major clean a month by my cleaners.

Rent is £450 pcm. Deposit and references required. Reduced rent available for Monday to Friday let for professionals working in Stevenage area and returning home for the weekends.
