Hi, from 2nd June 2014 I will have a fantastic fully renovated double bedroom to rent in a Victorian Semi-detached house in the heart of the Old Town. Ideal for a professional or socialite as it is just a 5 minute walk from the High Street with all the local amenities and it is also just a short walk to the train station with its direct link to London.
The room is the second largest of three (one other occupied by myself) and has its own feature fireplace and TV point as well as a bed and wardrobe (if required). The house has had no expense spared on it since purchasing two years ago and benefits from many original features including exposed brick working fireplaces, stripped flooring/ doors and underfloor heating as well as a stunning kitchen and bathroom (to be used only by yourself as we have installed an en-suite to the master bedroom). There is also a large garden to the rear and a green overlooking to the front. I ask for a non-smoker with no pets. All bills included with virgin media (with BT Sport and extra channels!) and fast WIFI broadband installed at the house.
