Double room in a refurbished house!! Good location

We are looking for a new tenant to rent our available room. The house is allocated in a beautiful and quite neighborhood near the Lister Hospital. The room is furnished and has a double bed.
This is a big refurnished and redecorate house with a common living room, dinning room, kitchen (fully equipped), big garden (great for sunny days and barbecues) and a cute conservatory.
There are 3 bathrooms in the house, one to the en-suite room, one with bathtub/shower and one utility bathroom. This is a big 5 bedroom house, but one is a small room(with a single bed) just used as a guest room for family and friends if it's needed. The bills are not included, but being 4 people in the house they are not quite high.
The only requirement is that you have to pay a 100 pounds fee for a reference check and the deposit.
