En Suite double room in great household available

Hello,

My name is Joseph and I'm finding a replacement to move into the En Suite double room that's now available in this SG1 house share on York Road. It's on the top floor in the corner, probably the quietest in the house.

It's a very nice and relaxed household with friendly housemates who are social when you want it, but will give you spare and privacy when you need it. It's not a party house, but the guys regularly socialise on a weekend or at evening dinner time. Personally I work night shifts and some others early mornings, and the level of quietness is great throughout the day and night. Professions range from office worker to Paramedic and diamond driller to Pharmacist. (I hate the idea of everyone being 9-5 office workers!)

The landlord is absolutely fantastic, he works purely on trust. David will look after anything you need and sort anything quickly. He's only a phone call away at any time, but it's rare we actually need him as the place is very well maintained.

We have a weekly clearer (or 2) who will look after everything but your room, so the place is in good order most times.

We have fibre optic broadband with Virgin and it's ridiculously fast, large TV in the lounge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have 2 huge American fridge/freezers on each end of the kitchen - plenty of space!

The garden is fantastic, a real sun trap and has patio furniture, BBQ for the summer and a large shed for all your storage. The house has 2 toilets (you have your own En Suite anyway) and the house is rarely full as we generally work different times. Most weekends I'm practically here alone! The living area, dining area and kitchen is open plan and nice and big too. Again, rarely busy as we all use it at different times.

The location is ideal, with a 5 minute drive to Stevenage Town, Old Town and Train Station. There's smaller shops at the end of the road, and huge supermarkets closest than town. Bus routes are also excellent to town, Hitchin and other parts of Hertfordshire. Parking is ample on street and at the rear of the property.

Rent is £525 with all bills included! The deposit is simply 1 months rent in advance, although David is very flexible so if you desperately needed to split this, etc, then he's a friendly man.
