Seeking Mature/Mature minded persons who are very clean, very neat, very tidy, honest, trustworthy, and responsible renters.

We (married couple) have 2 double bedrooms available for rent in our house which is located in a very nice housing community in Stotfold (borders Hitchin & Letchworth). There is also a tesco express, cleaners, gym, coffee/cafe, hair salon, all located within the housing community. We have 2 small dogs, no children.

Bus Stop - 3 mins walk from door.
Trains - Letchworth station 2 - 3 miles away.

DOUBLE W/ ENSUITE: CURRENTLY RENTED (will update when available again in a few months or so)
1- Good size double with En Suite & built in Wardrobes, bedside tables, one tall narrow chest of drawers

AVAILABLE again as of 01 AUG 2013
1- Average size Double, no en suite, but will have sole & exclusive use of family bathroom w/ Tub with low mounted hand held shower head handle. King size bed (very firm), one triple door wardrobe, wood & wicker basket chest of drawers, and has cable (you furnish your own tv)

House is all modern, very clean, very tidy, quiet, well furnished, large eat in kitchen, garden w/ small deck, garage for limited storage space
WiFi, Washer/Dryer, parking, bills included, shared lounge & kitchen.

NOTE: We do smoke, but only in one room (the office) in the house, and we have air purifiers running to help emilinate the smell of smoke. Smoking is only allowed in the office and outside, no where else in the house. (Not allowed in bedrooms/lounge, kitchen etc)
