I have two large light and airy furnished double bedrooms available in my home for rent in a quiet no-through road, easy access to A1 and A507 to Bedford, 5 minutes walk from nature reserve and river. This is a pet-free home. AVAILABLE FROM BEGINNING OF JULY.

I am a friendly person and enjoy having people in the house. I do work from home in a separate building from the house, and I respect the privacy of my tenants'.

I am looking for someone who is easy going, friendly, NON-SMOKER, clean and tidy who will respect the house like its their own. I would prefer Mon - Fri.

The blue room has a king size bed, bedside table, double wardrobe, three drawer chest, 3 drawer and small cupboard unit, dressing table/desk and chair.

The black and white room has a double bed, wardrobe with double hanging space and storage top and bottom, a desk, chair, 3 drawer chest, bedside chest of drawers and another small chest of drawers.

There is WiFi, off road parking, use of kitchen, dining room and shared bathroom and separate shower room.
N. B. *The lounge and conservatory are for family use only.

I like a tidy and clean house. All bills are included. All bedlinen and towels are provided if required. Use of washing machine, iron, ironing board, fridge/freezer and oven.

Baldock, Letchworth and Arlesey are a five minute drive away all having train stations, and 20 min drive from Hitchin station. There are regular buses. Stotfold has a supermarket, post office, lovely pubs serving good food, other places to eat/takeaways, as does Baldock, Letchworth and Hitchin.

I am only five minutes walk away from beautiful countryside with some lovely walks.

This is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only for a professional English speaking, friendly, clean and tidy person and definitely a non-smoker. I would prefer SUN EV/MON - THUR/FRI ONLY - £430 per month but will consider 7 days a week for £540 per month. No students or permanent night workers please. I work from home during the day.

I live at the house with my current lodger who has been with me for 18 months who stays 4 nights per week and is no trouble whatsoever.
