Room /w ensuite to rent in Stotfold

I've got a newish property with a room for rent beginning of June 2019.

It's a detached property with its own garage and private driveway shared with 1 other house, so there is room for parking. Just don't block me in ok?

Stotfold has no train stations, however the 97 bus travels to Arlesey from Elizabeth House, (5 minute walk) on weekdays at 6: 50 and arrives there at 7: 00am. You can then hop on the 7. 15 train to London King's Cross at roughly 7: 50, with plenty of time thereafter to tube where ever it is you need to be (at work, one would hope). The distance from Arlesey station itself is around 2 miles walk and can be done in 40 minutes, if the buses don't run or something.

Alternately the 96A stops at Valerian Way (1 minute walk) at 7:34 and arrives at Arlesey Old Oak at 7:42.

This is assuming you work in London of course.

I don't have any pets, and also won't allow any pets (I'm allergic sorry). Unless your pet is a goldfish?

Would like someone clean and tidy, considerate, and knows how to use and clean non stick!

There is a Co-Op almost right outside, which is super convenient for mornings when you just need milk.

Closest pub is probably the stag, and that's perhaps a 10 minute walk. The high street is pretty close too, so you could grab a takeout on those nights when you just don't have time.

The area is generally quiet and peaceful on the Green Acres complex, and I tend to run around Stotfold every so often, unless people are actively hiding from me for reasons I could probably understand.

House faces the East so it's a face full of sunrise when you walk out the front door to work in the morning, if there's sun on the day of course, unfortunately this isn't guaranteed as part of the package :)

Will throw in your own personal free technical service should your computer break. It's ok; I work in IT so there's a 50/50 chance I'll be able to fix it :D
