Single room with off-street parking space

Small recently decorated bright single room at rear of house in quiet location, plus off-street parking space, in three-bed house occupied by landlord. Pleasant patio and garden for summer.

Shared use of large kitchen/diner plus utensils, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. Shared use of large bathroom with shower/bath. Own smart TV in bedroom; view of garden. Fibre optic fast broadband. Strong mobile signals. Convenience store - 3 mins walk, Co-0p store, fish and chips, kebabs, Indian, Chinese all five minutes walk. Arlesey Station (Kings Cross line) about 30 minute walk, or twelve minutes bike / five minutes car.

I work mostly from home and am looking for a quiet, pleasant and courteous room-letter to help meet the bills etc. Friendly household with easy-going and flexible approach, but privacy respected. Only the living room remains private - this is not shared. This is a five day (Mon-Fri) let, but occasional weekend stays may be negotiated. Probably best suited to a professional seeking to reduce commuting time and cost, or a person undertaking a local project.
