Large En-Suite Room In Friendly House In Ware

This is a really friendly house with some great people. There is a large lounge and enormous kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room and a gas fire in the lounge. All windows are double-glazed. There is off road parking on a double driveway and a large garden for summer BBQs and a garage for storing your bike.

The room is a large double bedroom on the first floor overlooking the back garden. It has a laminate wooden floor, wooden shelves with clothes rail, double bed with mattress, a bedside table and a fridge. It has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and broad band internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared and work out around £30-£40 depending on usage. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.
